Fast connection for Linux industrial PCs

DLoG GmbH, market leader in industrially capable vehicle terminals, is expanding its Linux competence and its terminal solution offers based on open operating systems. Together with Göttingen based emlix Gmbh, the terminal specialists from Olching have developed a high-performance WLAN driver and an WPA module (WiFi Protected Access Supplicant). These open source developments guarantee a clear improvement in WLAN connections of warehouse vehicles such as forklifts or picking wagons. The Linux developments offer DLoG customers not only a plus in terms of additional reliability and future security, but also reduce license costs and IT expenses at the same time.

The Sales and Marketing departments under their new directors Thorsten Kraus, Manfred Lachauer, Thomas Rissmann and Werner Wallner are focusing on domestic and international growth in direct sales of customized hardware and software solutions tailored to individual customers.
