TREK-550 is a robust Embedded Box PC for use in vehicles. It is used as a fleet management solution in trucks, taxes, blue-light vehicles.
It supports a large number of monitoring systems and can be linked to the vehicle network (CAN bus).
Common applications include, for instance, tire pressure monitoring or regular board computer reading.
Via wireless communication (HSDPA, CDMA, GPRS, etc.) or WLAN, TREK-550 sends data to the center or receives updates and reports.

Specifically for vehicle applications, it supports an operating temperature range from -30 to +70 °C. It is certified according to ISO7637/SAE J1455 Class A/ SAE J1113.

TREK-550 supports a large number of interfaces.

Thanks to a twin audio and video output, it is possible to connect stand-alone displays, such as TREK-303, for driver and passenger information.
