3D Simulations
Material stresses are simulated using 3D CAD.
Field measurements and testing laboratory tests are accompanied by developmental analyses. These analyses are generated based on 3D CAD simulations with regard to material stresses and are directly incorporated into in-house production.
Resonance behavior
In the area of DLoG developed mobile and stationary terminal mounting brackets, we give special attention to resonance behavior.
In order to prevent future damages to the vehicle or stationary terminal, the resonant behavior is simulated during development and necessary material optimizations are taken into account ahead of time. In the process, the weight of the terminal is computer-simulated, the material load is determined and adjusted, if necessary.
